Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join our Tucson-based Site/Civil Engineering practice. You will help manage and design a wide variety of civil engineering/land development projects across the region, including industrial, parks, residential, commercial, and drainage initiatives.

This role manages the full life cycle from proposal to closeout, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality while pursuing strong client relationships and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related professional experience in Project Management and civil engineering/land development.
• Registered Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and manage a variety of civil engineering projects (public and private).
• Collaborate with other engineering departments within Ardurra.
• Assist with client interface, budgets, and schedules, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare project proposals, scope/fees, and RFP responses.
• Plan, organize, and supervise design activities for complex civil projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and permit agencies.
