Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of related PM and civil engineering/land development experience.
• Registered Arizona Professional Engineer or eligible via reciprocity.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Bluebeam.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design civil engineering projects for site/land development.
• Collaborate with transportation, public works, water/wastewater, and surveying teams.
• Interface with clients, budgets, and schedules to deliver on time and on budget.
• Prepare project proposals, scope/fees, and RFP responses.
• Plan, organize, and supervise design activities for complex civil projects.
• Coordinate with design team, clients, contractors, subconsultants, and permit agencies.
• Prepare and review technical engineering reports and calculations.
• Support construction administration through RFIs and shop drawings.
