Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead site/civil land development projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee scope, budgets, and client relations, guiding projects from concept through design and construction.

This role supports a multidisciplinary team and emphasizes collaboration, quality design, and on-time delivery. Hybrid work options available after onboarding and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Arizona PE license (or reciprocity).
• Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design civil engineering projects (public & private) including industrial, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transportation, water/wastewater, surveying).
• Oversee budgets, schedules and client relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and RFP responses.
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
