Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects supporting Business Banking priorities.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, roles, milestones, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps with visibility into dependencies.
• Coordinate activities, monitor progress, and set priorities for timely delivery.
• Identify risks and issues early, evaluate impacts, and escalate as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose practical solutions.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports and executive-ready presentations.
• Provide clear status updates in meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
• Execute commitments with sound judgment and limited oversight.
