Chase is seeking a Project Manager II to join the Business Banking team in Columbus, OH. You will lead multiple initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, translating priorities into clear plans and managing dependencies.

You will partner with stakeholders, deliver progress updates, and drive timely delivery while solving issues and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional work, and meet milestones.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence executives and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and creative-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience presenting to executives; proficient in Word/Excel.
• Ability to learn and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver multiple projects supporting Business Banking priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, forecasts, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities, monitor progress, set priorities, and drive actions.
• Identify risks and issues early, evaluate impact, and escalate as needed.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and propose actionable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions.
• Prepare standard/ad hoc reports and executive-ready presentations.
• Provide clear project status updates in meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
• Execute commitments with sound judgment and initiative.
