Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong business analysis capabilities to lead time-critical initiatives within a large-scale banking migration program in Tampa, Florida. The role requires independently managing delivery, liaising with client stakeholders, and prioritizing the Book of Work for multiple initiatives.

You will drive business analysis, define use cases and functional specs, manage timelines and risks, and oversee UAT planning and change activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management and business analysis experience in banking/financial services.
• Ability to lead independently and manage complex, time-sensitive projects.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, core systems, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Listed Derivatives and trade lifecycle.
• Expertise in UAT processes and business process mapping.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies; PMP/CBAP/Agile certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis, gap assessments, and impact evaluations to support solution design and decision‑making.
• Prioritize and manage the Book of Work (BoW) across concurrent initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and translate business needs into use cases and functional specifications.
• Oversee UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders at all levels.
• Support change management activities including training documentation and user adoption strategies.
• Report project performance metrics to senior leadership and steering committees.

Eligibility Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management and business analysis within the banking or financial services domain.
• Proven ability to lead independently and manage complex, time‑sensitive projects.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, core systems, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Listed Derivatives and trade lifecycle.
• Expertise in UAT processes and business process mapping.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile are a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with banking transformation tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and test management software.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is$80-100K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
