Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction and direct-owner projects from kickoff through closeout. You will coordinate technical, financial, and operational requirements with sales, operations, and subcontractors, driving cost forecasting, invoicing, and change orders.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a solid background in HVAC/building automation project management to deliver on budget and schedule while ensuring customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• 2 year technical degree in Electronics related studies preferred or undergraduate degree in Electrical/Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of HVAC and/or Building Automation and Project Management experience.
• Proficient in interpreting and managing billing processes, including understanding schedules of values.

Responsibilities

• Input to sales and operations regarding technical and business considerations.
• Ensure project is booked correctly and forms completed.
• Ensure project documents and information are available to necessary personnel.
• Forecast costs for each area of the project and track over time.
• Invoicing and collections to minimize aging; coordinate material orders and timing.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors or internal installation team to maximize value.
• Provide leadership and input on estimation, design, installation, startup, commissioning, and training.
