Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing HVAC controls projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or third-party service providers in a project-based environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Exposure to Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet protocols.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small-to-medium projects with financial impact.
• Guide technical or administrative staff and act as a project resource.
• Maintain schedules, track resources, and manage subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Operations for billing and cost reviews.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and projects meet scope and schedule.
