Job summary
Bosch Building Technologies North America in Minnesota Lake, MN is seeking a Project Manager to oversee HVAC/building automation projects from award to closeout, ensuring technical accuracy, budget adherence, and client satisfaction on-site at customer locations.
You will lead cross-functional teams including sales, operations, engineering, and subcontractors, coordinate estimates and change orders, forecast costs, manage invoicing, and maintain documents while traveling up to 10% as projects
Qualifications
- HVAC and building automation project management experience required.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and evolving project estimates.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage customers and teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC/building automation projects from award to closeout.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, engineering, and subcontractors to manage scope, budgets and schedules.
- Forecast costs, manage invoicing and change orders to maximize value and cash flow.
- Ensure documentation and forms are completed for internal and external use.
- Travel may be required based on project needs.
