Job summary

Next Level HVAC Energy Management Systems is seeking a Level 2/Senior Project Manager to lead complex building control projects. You will guide technical and field teams, coordinate with sales and operations, and ensure accurate estimation, design, installation, startup, and commissioning of building systems.

The role emphasizes deep BAS understanding, integration across mechanical and electrical systems, and providing mentorship on projects while maintaining strong communication with clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Two-year technical degree in Electronics preferred; undergraduate in Electrical/Construction Management excellent.
• Other technical experience may meet requirement as determined by local management.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to sales and operations regarding technical and business considerations for construction projects.
• Ensures project is booked correctly and forms are completed.
• Coordinates material orders and timing with Material Coordinator.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely engineering and project success.
• Provides leadership and input for estimation, design, installation, startup, commissioning, and training for building systems.
