Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Project Manager to lead fire alarm and life safety installation projects for Commercial Installations. You will own projects from pre-booking through closeout, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to deliver on schedule and budget.

You will drive forecasting, timely billing, change orders, and strong customer relationships while safeguarding financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ability to drive cross-department collaboration to execute projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading diverse teams including internal staff and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems and business software.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and budget and manage to plan.
• Coordinate internal field teams and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Forecasting, billing, and change order control to protect financials.
• Lead kickoff meetings and manage site mobilization.
• Track progress, conduct site visits, and ensure QA/QC.
• Closeout with documentation and turnover to client; lessons learned.
