Job summary

Pinchin LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Building Science & Resiliency in the Los Angeles area. You will lead the Building Science & Resiliency team, manage projects, and drive regional growth across the US and Canada. Travel and client management are core aspects.

You bring 4+ years in construction/building, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to mentor staff while delivering technically sound solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in the construction/building industry.
• Valid driver’s license and an adequate motor vehicle report.
• 1+ years of previous management experience.
• Technical understanding of building enclosure systems and construction.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel 30% of time outside of immediate region.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to visit projects/sites outdoors in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and conduct senior reviews with client management duties.
• Oversee budgets and keep staff on task.
• Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals.
• Meet with clients and attend industry meetings/events.
• Foster relationships with existing and new clients.
• Mentor team members and drive a collaborative, results-driven culture.
• Prepare and review proposals for potential work.
• Support growth and succession planning across the region.
