Job summary

Pinchin LLC is seeking an Environmental Senior Project Manager (LSP) to lead complex remediation projects remotely across the United States. You will direct project scope, regulatory compliance, client communication, and team coordination while driving profitability and quality across Environmental Remediation Services.

You will report to the Director and bring 7+ years of environmental consulting experience, MA LSP certification, and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an environmentally oriented field.
• Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) certification is required.
• 7+ years of environmental consulting experience or relevant field experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to read technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects with defined teams, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ensure resources are available for technical expertise and cost optimization.
• Coordinate project implementation and resolve scope/resource changes.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular status updates and issue resolution.
• Maximize profitability by managing costs within budget and communicating changes.
• Meet or exceed utilization, cost-offs, A/R, and gross profit targets.
• Prepare timesheets, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Provide supervision and technical support for field investigations and remediation systems.
• Mentor junior staff and share expertise.
