Job summary

Pinchin LLC is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the Building Envelope team in expanding our capabilities across the US. You will independently manage complex projects, guide technical delivery, and cultivate lasting client relationships to support growth of the Existing Buildings practice.

The role requires advanced technical expertise, strong project leadership, and a commitment to mentorship and accountability, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading building envelope or existing building projects end-to-end.
• ,
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
• Expertise in building envelope consulting, roofing, waterproofing, façade restoration, or related areas.
• Ability to develop practical repair and capital improvement recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead building envelope and existing building projects from evaluation through closeout.
• Coordinate technical investigations, design consulting, and construction-phase services.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and construction documents.
• Mentor junior team members and supervise project delivery.
• Develop scopes of work and proposals with Pinchin leadership.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue additional service opportunities.
• Collaborate across offices to leverage broader technical capabilities.
