Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field with 7–10 years of experience.
• Experience managing projects from client engagement to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building envelope systems and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of technical consulting services and projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Provide technical expertise and ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior technical staff.
• Contribute to business development, including client engagement and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical and innovative solutions.
• Support project planning, execution, and client satisfaction.
