Job summary

Pinchin LLC is seeking an Associate to join our Building Envelope team in the United States. The role leads complex projects, strengthens client relationships, and delivers technical consulting with emphasis on resilience, roofing, waterproofing, and façade performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, building envelope consulting, or related professional services.
• Strong technical knowledge in building envelope systems and related disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, client relationships, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical consulting services and projects within Building Envelope.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior staff to advance their capabilities.
• Support business development through client engagement and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical solutions.
• Manage project planning, execution, and client satisfaction.
