Qualifications

• 4+ years in the construction/building industry.
• Technical understanding of building enclosure systems (waterproofing, roofing, facades, glazing, fenestrations, air/vapor barriers).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~30% of time outside the immediate region.
• Experience in project management and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building science projects from planning through execution.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative culture.
• Develop regional strategies aligned with company goals.
• Prepare and review proposals for potential work.
