Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in Building Envelope assessment/design.
• Registered Design Professional (PE or RA) is required.
• Knowledge of building codes related to inspections, connections, and waterproofing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, analysis and examination of building envelope performance.
• Manage technical and administrative aspects from proposal to final acceptance.
• Lead testing, site investigations, and documentation reviews for client deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Mentor staff and provide performance feedback.
