Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Project Management or related experience.
• Experience owning medium- to large-scale cross-functional technology and operational projects.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of technical and business teams and tailor communication.
• Familiarity with B2B sales lifecycle (opportunity/lead/pipeline management) and CRM systems.
• Experience with transactional data and core data systems.
• Strong relationship-builder and trusted advisor.
• Comfort with both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and manage multiple technology projects end-to-end for the U.S. Channel Sales organization and partner teams.
• Lead all phases: opportunity identification, ideation, requirements, timeline, testing, go-live, reporting, retrospectives.
• Apply empathy-driven methodologies and design thinking to understand business users.
• Drive requirement gathering through discussions and workshops with SMEs.
• Partner with technical teams to plan deliverables.
• Establish subject-matter expertise for portfolio projects.
• Gain buy-in from decision-makers using storytelling to show business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams including third-party partners and ensure mobilization.
• Create roadmaps, schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage risks and issues.
• Keep management informed of project developments in a dynamic environment.
• Aim for efficiency, simplicity, and design excellence in every project.
• Translate operational requirements into platform and system enhancements with WWBPR and AI/ML teams.
