Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Brisbane, CA to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations.

You will develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and risk registers while enabling data‑driven decisions and efficient collaboration. The role requires a highly organized, self‑motivated individual with strong communication and the ability to lead in a fast‑paced biotechnology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 0–3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication; concise and clear.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and ownership of work.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies, systems, and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of cross‑functional projects across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans, timelines, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and track follow‑up actions.
• Assist leaders in identifying and resolving project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Track project performance against milestones, timelines, and objectives.
• Prepare concise project communications and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
