Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives within the PPMO. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and the ability to drive efficiency in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate with project managers, functional leaders, and SMEs to deliver strategic initiatives, leverage AI tools, and maintain governance and reporting standards across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• 0-3 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes with follow-up actions.
• Identify risks and resource constraints and assist leaders in mitigation.
• Track milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Prepare clear project communications and presentations for leadership.
