As a Sr Project Manager, you will work closely with project managers, functional leaders, and subject matter experts across the organization to coordinate projects, improve processes, leverage modern productivity tools, and help teams successfully deliver strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of cross-functional projects across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project plans, timelines, action item logs, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Assist project leaders in identifying and resolving project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Track project performance against established milestones, timelines, and objectives.
  • Prepare clear, concise project communications and presentations for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Portfolio Management & Strategic Prioritization
  • Support portfolio-level planning, tracking, and reporting across active and emerging PPMO initiatives to help leadership maintain visibility into project status, priorities, risks, and resource needs.
  • Assist with maintaining portfolio dashboards, roadmap views, prioritization tools, and governance materials that enable data-driven decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve project execution efficiency.
  • Develop standardized templates, documentation, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the PPMO and broader organization.
  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to improve business processes and team effectiveness.
Technology & Digital Enablement
  • Serve as a power user and advocate for Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Planner, and Copilot.
  • Help establish and maintain organized, scalable project workspaces and information repositories.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging software solutions that improve collaboration, project visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the adoption of project management tools and best practices across teams.
AI Innovation & Automation
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance project planning, documentation, meeting management, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
  • Experiment with and recommend innovative ways to apply AI and automation to business processes.
  • Stay informed on evolving AI technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve productivity across the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across technical, scientific, operational, and business functions.
