CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Sr Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives within the Program & Portfolio Management Office (PPMO).

The role targets organized, self-motivated individuals who excel in a fast-paced biotech environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders across R&D, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will coordinate projects, improve processes, and leverage modern productivity tools to help teams deliver strategic initiatives while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field) or another technical discipline.
0-3 years of project coordination, project management, operations, biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, or related experience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional projects across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams.
Develop, maintain, and update project plans, timelines, action item logs, risk registers, and status reports.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
Assist project leaders in identifying and resolving project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
Monitor portfolio dependencies, milestones, capacity considerations, and key decision points.
