Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in analytics, quantitative research, data science, or a related field.
• Experience using analytical and programming tools such as SQL, Python, and AI coding agents.
• Experience extracting, integrating, and manipulating structured and unstructured data from multiple database platforms and data environments, including Hadoop.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners, analysts, and technology teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the extraction of data using programming languages such as SQL, SAS, Python, or Spark/Scala, on on-premise or hybrid platforms.
• Connects provisioned data across sources and performs transformations to derive meaningful values.
• Performs quantitative analyses on customer, transaction, and performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Follows requirements to perform research, analytics, and exploration on data sources to provide deliverables.
• Communicates complex subjects understandably to technical and non-technical audiences using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Tableau.
• Performs quality checks on outputs and escalates data issues to leadership.
• Adheres to governance, documentation, standards to support auditability and regulatory compliance.
• Supports delivery of data-driven insights to leaders to inform decisions.
