Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. seeks a Project Manager II for the Customer Service Aftermarket Team to manage multiple orders and complex projects from inception to delivery, applying established PM methodologies and leading with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with in-house manufacturing, vendors, and cross-functional teams, control scope, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution while upholding safety and compliance across assignments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of total experience with dedicated project management in electrical or rotating equipment industries or capital projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer liaison throughout order and project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead handover with sales, conduct kickoff meetings, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Establish milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria aligned with contractual requirements.
