Job summary

You will develop schedules, maintain plans, and coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to meet milestones and contractual goals.

You will monitor progress, manage financials, communicate with management and customers, and act as the primary point of contact

Qualifications

• Engineering or project management background required.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Experience with project financials.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct project kickoff meetings.
• Create and maintain the Project Plan.
• Communicate the Project Plan to management and team.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production.
• Meet milestones and milestones defined criteria.
• Serve as main customer point of contact.
• Provide progress and financial reviews.
• Escalate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Issue Change Orders and track approvals.
• Oversee testing and shipping verification.
• Prepare invoices for milestones.
• Solicit customer feedback via surveys.
• Protect commercial and contractual positions.
