Job summary

OTR Engineered Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead OE and aftermarket projects from planning to completion, coordinating diverse teams and managing schedules, risks, and deliverables. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal functions, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery aligned with requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of PM experience, with PMP/CAPM certification preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field.
Minimum of five years of relevant project-management experience.
PMP, CAPM, or comparable project-management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages detailed, integrated project timing plans for OE and AM programs, including milestones and approval dates.
Tracks resource requirements and utilization; coordinates rebalancing with functional leaders.
Maintains regular communication with customers and stakeholders to confirm requirements and deliverables.
Provides concise project status reports and dashboards for customers and senior management.
Identifies schedule risks early and leads recovery plans or alternatives when milestones are at risk.
Leads cross-functional teams spanning Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales and others as needed.
