Lead high-profile projects, build lasting client relationships and take the next step toward Project Executive with an established Chicago general contractor.

With a strong backlog, repeat clients and an expanding portfolio, this business offers the opportunity to take real ownership of your projects and help shape the team around you. You’ll have direct access to leadership, experienced field teams and a clear voice in how projects are delivered.

A portfolio that keeps things interesting

Projects range from $5M to $75M, spanning ground-up construction, major renovations and complex interior buildouts across:

• Multifamily and mixed-use developments
• Hotels, restaurants and hospitality
• Commercial offices and corporate interiors
• Healthcare and medical office buildings
• Light industrial and distribution facilities
• Retail and entertainment
• K–12 and higher education

Your role

• Lead projects from preconstruction and planning through completion and turnover.
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts and overall project performance.
• Work closely with owners, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Partner with superintendents to keep teams coordinated and resolve challenges early.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Contribute to client development, project pursuits and improvements across the business.

Compensation and benefits

• $150,000–$185,000 base salary, depending on experience.
