With an impressive project backlog fueling expansion through 2026 and beyond, the company is in a strong growth phase - and the best part? All projects are located in Chicago, allowing you to stay local while working on large-scale, high-profile builds.

Their portfolio includes mixed-use developments, ground-up residential, public/institutional, industrial projects, and more. Due to continued growth, they are seeking strong Senior PMs to help lead a $700M high-profile project in the South Loop.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk for complex, high-value builds
• Oversee Project Managers, APMs, and field teams
• Coordinate with ownership groups, design teams, and key stakeholders
• Drive quality, safety, and on-time/on-budget performance
