Flowtec Construction seeks an experienced Project Executive-in-waiting to lead high-profile Chicago-area projects. You will own budgets, schedules and contracts while guiding project teams to on-time turnover and superior client outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with owners, architects and subs, mentor mid-level managers and shape delivery strategies with leadership. A strong backlog and growth roadmap underpin this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction and planning through completion and turnover.
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts and overall project performance.
• Work closely with owners, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Partner with superintendents to coordinate teams and resolve challenges early.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Contribute to client development and pursuits across the business.

Projects range from $5M to $75M, spanning ground-up construction, major renovations and complex interior buildouts across:

• Multifamily and mixed-use developments
• Hotels, restaurants and hospitality
• Commercial offices and corporate interiors
• Healthcare and medical office buildings
• Light industrial and distribution facilities
• Retail and entertainment
• K–12 and higher education

Your role

• Lead projects from preconstruction and planning through completion and turnover.

Compensation and benefits

• $150,000–$185,000 base salary, depending on experience.
