This firm generates approximately $150M in annual revenue and specializes in commercial interiors projects ranging from $5M-$30M. With nearly 100% repeat business, they have built an incredibly loyal client base - resulting in a strong backlog and highly secured pipeline of work.

All projects are local to Chicago, so you can work on high-quality builds without the need for travel. The company also offers a flexible work environment and a strong, team-oriented culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality and schedule performance
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking
• Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Strong experience with commercial interiors projects
• Proven ability to manage projects in the $5M–$30M range
• Strong financial management and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Up to $150,000 base salary
