Jobot is an established, growing commercial flooring leader in the Chicagoland area, seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team on-site in the Chicago area.

We work on projects from schools to office buildings, hospitals, and hotels, focusing on delivering expert-level flooring solutions with strong budgeting, negotiation, and risk management.

Competitive base salary of $100,000–$150,000 per year plus a bonus, with work/life balance and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial flooring experience.
• Established network and relationships with clients, GCs, PMs, or facility owners
• Excellent construction project delivery methods, contracts, and risk management
• Project budgeting, estimation, negotiating, and presenting
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, etc.
• Results-oriented, problem solver, professional communicator

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial flooring projects from initiation to delivery
• Maintain project budgets and negotiate contracts
