Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation projects across warehouse, cold storage, and manufacturing facilities nationwide. The role involves owning scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships from pre-construction through closeout.

You will manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and performance, lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner/architect coordination, and drive cost control and risk management on fast-track projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general contracting project management experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering warehouse, cold storage, or manufacturing projects (refrigeration, food-grade, or process-heavy builds a plus).
• Proven track record managing projects in the $50M–$500M range.

Travel: National

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience [$135,000 – $185,000 + bonus]

Scott Humphrey is partnering with a leading general contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation projects across warehouse, cold storage, and manufacturing facilities nationwide.

What you'll do:

• Own project scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships from pre-construction through closeout
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and performance
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner/architect coordination
• Drive cost control, risk management, and schedule recovery on complex, fast-track projects
• Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of general contracting project management experience
• Hands-on experience delivering warehouse, cold storage, or manufacturing projects (refrigeration, food-grade, or process-heavy builds a plus)
• Proven track record managing projects in the $50M–$500M range
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling software (P6 or MS Project), and project management software (Procore preferred)
• Willingness to travel nationally on a project-by-project basis
