Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Lead Superintendent to lead their Cold Storage Warehouse projects through completion. The Lead Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects throughout the United States. Strong footprint across the eastern US.

Job Description

The Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, and or Renovations of Cold Storage and Freezers for Warehouses and Distribution Centers and Food & Beverage Processing Facilities ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects. Additional experience and skills within Cold Storage Warehouses/ Distribution Centers and Food & Beverage Processing Facilities will be considered: Food Processing Equipment Installation, ASRS Facility, Business Development Skills, and a demonstrated track record of building client relationships. We will also consider adjacent experience within the following types of construction: Tilt Wall/Light Industrial, Dry Storage, Data Center/Mission Critical, Life Science/Pharmaceutical (Clean Room, Biotech, Labs), Healthcare, Big Box Retail, other complex Industrial/Manufacturing experience.

Select Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules.

• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of Lead Superintendent experience
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
• Must be willing to travel on site to locations across the United States.
