Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects — from Mission Critical & Data Centers to complex manufacturing facilities up to $200M. Experience with cold storage and food & beverage processing is a plus.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Own the project from preconstruction through closeout — schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned with goals
• Track progress and proactively solve issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects
• Proven ability to manage $50M–$200M+ projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation
• A track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget
