Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Overview

Our Client is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to support multiple large-scale mission critical data center projects launching over the next 2–3 months in West Texas. This is a long-term, on-site role based out of project trailers, overseeing full-campus builds with multiple buildings underway simultaneously.

This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who brings strong operational discipline, collaborates effectively with field teams, and thrives in a high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mission critical data center projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls across multiple buildings
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, APMs, and field leadership on-site
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and scopes of work
• Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations
• Interface directly with ownership, internal leadership, and operations teams
• Maintain detailed reporting and forecasting for leadership review

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of mission critical/data center experience
• Prior experience in a Lead Project Manager role on large-scale projects
• Proven longevity and career stability
• Strong understanding of on-site project management operations
• Ability to lead with firmness, fairness, and professionalism
• Annual bonus program (based on business unit profitability): $15,000–$35,000
• Vehicle allowance: $750/month
