Job summary

Gainor Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own day-to-day delivery for a major technology account. You will manage discovery through delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources while aligning client and creative teams.

This role requires 6–8 years in digital or integrated agency environments, 2+ years writing scopes of work and contracts, and solid experience with project estimation and Workfront. A focus on profitability and scope management is essential.

• Monitor project health, scope, profitability, and risks while proactively resolving issues.
• Support SOWs, change orders, client relationships, and account growth opportunities.

Who You Are

• You have 6–8 years of experience in digital or integrated agency environments
• You have 2+ years of experience writing scopes of work and contracts
• You have strong project estimation skills and experience managing multiple projects & client relationships simultaneously
• You have experience working within Workfront
• You understand budgets, profitability, resource planning, & scope management

What You’ll Do

Salary Range: $117,000 - $120,000 (annually based on experience)

Location: Remote (9:00am – 6:00pm ET)
