• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and internal leadership.
• Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.

A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its DFW team.

This role is focused on Class A commercial interiors, corporate office, tenant improvement, and high-end renovation projects throughout the Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have strong interiors experience, be comfortable independently managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, and have the client-facing skills to build and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial interior and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and cost controls.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and project partners.
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and internal leadership.
• Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.
