Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up and interior construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. What You'll Do

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost reports, subcontractor buyout, change orders, owner billing, and financial performance.
• Partner closely with Superintendents to coordinate site logistics, safety, sequencing, quality, and project execution.
• Lead communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, contracts, and pay applications for accuracy and alignment.
• Identify and resolve project risks before they affect budget, schedule, quality, or client satisfaction.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, utilities, punch lists, closeout documentation, warranties, and final turnover.
• Provide leadership and direction to Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, and field teams.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, change orders, owner communication, and project closeout.
• Ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, permitting, inspections, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools.
