Job summary

Elsdon Group, a well-established General Contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role oversees budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs and submittals, partnering with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors to deliver ground-up and renovation projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules and project delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities
