Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise delivery initiatives across CPQ, CRM, and digital transformation programs. You will oversee multiple Agile teams, manage budgets, and ensure successful project execution with executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a strong consulting and implementation background, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex, multi-team initiatives across hybrid and traditional environments.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs.
• Experience managing enterprise consulting or implementation projects rather than purely operational engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approaches.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple Agile development teams, ensuring delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs are proactively addressed.
• Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across hybrid Agile and traditional project environments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams, helping unify delivery teams around shared goals and outcomes.
• Create executive-level reporting and communicate project health, status, and forecasts effectively.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise delivery initiatives within one of our key strategic accounts. This role will oversee multiple Agile delivery teams, manage project financials, and ensure successful execution of large-scale digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting and implementation background, excels at leading cross-functional teams, and has a proven ability to drive delivery while creating alignment across stakeholders. Experience with CPQ programs is highly desirable, though candidates with CRM or digital commerce implementation experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering CPQ implementations (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms).
• Experience with CRM, digital commerce, or customer experience transformation programs.
• Consulting services or systems integrator background.
• Experience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
