Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a Business Analyst to drive requirements for complex e-commerce and CPQ-driven implementations. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories and collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver digital commerce solutions.

The role focuses on stakeholders across distributed teams, prioritizing requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation to enable successful delivery in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Consultant.
• Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
• Experience with quoting, CPQ, configuration, or pricing logic workflows.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and functional requirements.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.

• Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities throughout delivery.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job description

This role will focus heavily on e-commerce, quoting workflows, and business process analysis within a complex digital transformation environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong BA fundamentals with hands-on experience supporting CPQ (configure price quote) logic and digital commerce implementations. You should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable user stories, and collaborating closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders

• Support e-commerce and quoting-related workflows across digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery
• Analyze and support the functional documentation of business processes, integrations, and system dependencies
