Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to configure and support solutions enabling order management, order orchestration, fulfillment, and customer-facing processes. The role emphasizes Experience with OM/SOM/TSM/CSM and integrations across CRM, ERP, CPQ, and billing systems.

The candidate will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, participate in agile delivery, and contribute to production support and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow configuration or development experience.
• Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and platform configuration.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow OM/SOM/TSM/CSM or related products.
• Understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, order orchestration, fulfillment, or service provisioning.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, or fulfillment platforms.
• ServiceNow CSA or other certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, UI policies, forms, and platform capabilities.
• Support implementations and enhancements involving OM, SOM, TSM, CSM, and related products.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms (CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, fulfillment).
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues following best practices and governance.
• Contribute to Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, estimation, testing, and releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes.

Because our work sits at the intersection of ServiceNow and complex commerce ecosystems, we are particularly interested in candidates with experience in ServiceNow Order Management (OM), Sales and Order Management (SOM), Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or other order-management-adjacent ServiceNow products.

Your Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions supporting order management, order fulfillment, and customer-facing business processes.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications.
