Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural project management experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field required
• Licensure as a Registered Architect preferred
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in Florida

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle for architectural projects, from schematic design through construction administration
• Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining relationships and ensuring project goals align with client vision
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Oversee preparation and review of construction documents, permits, and regulatory submissions
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Mentor junior project staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and professional growth
