Job summary

MODIS Architects, LLC in Miami seeks an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the architectural design process from concept through documentation. You will ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and alignment with project goals while collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal leadership.

The ideal candidate has strong architectural design expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams and drive high-quality solutions across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural design from conceptual through construction documentation.
• Translate project goals and client requirements into design solutions.
• Establish design direction, priorities and deliverables with project leadership.
• Guide teams to cohesive design across disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, interiors).
• Mentor architectural staff and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure design quality, constructability and regulatory compliance.
