Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architecture Project Manager position include:

• Minimum 8+ years managing projects from client engagement through completion, with large luxury high-rise experience required.
• Architecture degree required; registration is not required.
• Strong experience across all phases of architecture/interiors and engineering services, with proven project management capability.
• Ability to manage projects in Revit (or willingness to learn), with SketchUp and Photoshop experience.
• Delivers projects from start to finish with minimal oversight while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintains ongoing, positive, proactive client relationships and directs project activities.
• Leads and mentors junior colleagues, providing performance-enhancing feedback and supporting continuous learning.
• Oversees design development, working drawings production, and construction administration, including QA/QC and code compliance.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
