Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Eight or more years of architectural project management experience.
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project scheduling or budgeting software such as Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects throughout all phases, from early planning and design through construction administration and project closeout.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
  • Coordinate internal architectural staff with engineering consultants and external project partners to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Review construction documents for accuracy, code compliance, and overall project quality.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop solutions that support successful project outcomes.
  • Support permitting activities by coordinating with local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress, address field questions, and help resolve project challenges.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and maintain organized project records.
  • Mentor junior team members while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation.
  • Professional Architect license is preferred but not required.
