Job summary

Centific in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Sr. Project Manager with a strong Business Development and Marketing background to lead recruiting and partnership initiatives focused on brand building.

You will establish and manage strategic partnerships with casinos, local businesses, and key stakeholders to expand brand presence and drive growth opportunities. You will plan events, develop recruitment strategies, and work closely with marketing to raise brand awareness.

Job description

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager with a strong Business Development/Marketing background to lead recruiting and partnership initiatives focused on brand building. This role will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with casinos, local businesses, and other key stakeholders to expand brand presence and drive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with casinos, local businesses, and other relevant organizations to support brand-building initiatives.
• Planning and executing community events, job fairs, and promotional activities.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with local businesses, organizations, universities, and community groups throughout the Las Vegas area.
• Developing recruitment strategies and outreach programs to grow a participant database.
• Working closely with marketing teams to increase brand awareness and drive participant engagement.
• Managing event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets while ensuring successful event execution.
• Creating long-term partnerships that generate a consistent pipeline of participants for our data collection projects.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Partnerships, ideally with exposure to the casino/gaming or hospitality industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting and managing external partners or vendors.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with casinos or local businesses in a partnership/brand-building capacity.
• Background in marketing strategy or brand development.
• Established network within the casino/local business community.
