The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating labor and materials, reviewing drawings and specifications, and leading construction meetings with clients, general contractors, and internal teams. The Senior Project Manager monitors job progress, manages change orders, supports inspections and quality control, and resolves field issues in collaboration with superintendents and forepersons. The role also includes mentoring junior project managers, supporting estimating and value engineering efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage client relationships in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
