National Ceramic Tile & Stone is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial tile and stone projects in Las Vegas. This full-time, on-site position requires expertise in managing project timelines, coordinating labor and materials, and ensuring quality and budget targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience in commercial construction, particularly in hospitality projects. The role offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and an opportunity to work on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong experience with hotel, casino, or large hospitality projects preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of tile and stone installation practices and materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and billing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multi-million-dollar commercial projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Oversee and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Prepare and manage project billings and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
